About Us
The Wisbech Academy provides a high quality, inclusive, and responsive education for up to 600 students aged 11-16 in Wisbech and the surrounding villages. The school is supported by the Brooke Weston Trust (BWT), which has a proven record of accomplishment of transforming education in challenging contexts. The school works in partnership with its close neighbouring BWT school, Thomas Clarkson Academy (TCA), to create a sustainable model of secondary education across the Wisbech area. The school has a curriculum that is focused on science, technology and maths, but also provides a broad foundation in other subjects. The school also develops students' cultural awareness, social skills, and personal values, involving families and the wider community in the learning process. The school has high expectations for attendance, behaviour, and achievement, and will provide strong pastoral support for every child. The school also ensures that safeguarding is a priority, and that every student feels respected and valued.
